760 IAC 1-83-20 "Submitter" defined

Sec. 20. "Submitter" includes the following:
(1) Health payers meeting the plan size submission threshold.
(2) Voluntarily participating entities.
(3) Entities appointed as:
(A) designated submitters; or
(B) designated submitter representatives;
of entities described in subdivisions (1) and (2).
