760 IAC 2-20-29 "Qualified insured" defined

Sec. 29. As used in this rule, "qualified insured" means the following: (1) An individual who is either: (A) the beneficiary of a qualified long term care policy, certificate, or rider approved by the department of insurance; or (B) enrolled in a prepaid health care delivery plan that provides long term care services and qualifies under this rule. (2) An individual who is eligible for an asset disregard under a qualified long term care policy, certificate, or rider.
