760 IAC 6-2-2 Assessment of civil penalty

Sec. 2. For purposes of assessing fines and civil penalties, the commissioner shall: (1) consider mitigating and aggravating factors set forth in sections 3 and 4 of this rule; and (2) adjust the base violation penalty by these factors.
