105 IAC 7-1-17 Sight distances

Sec. 17. All approaches shall be located so as to provide adequate sight distance in both directions along the highway for safe access to
the highway without interfering with traffic. Under substandard visibility conditions as determined and set by the department, access may be granted
for an alternate location that offers the least hazard and interference with traffic.
