812 IAC 1-1-31 Student auctioneers; supervision of practice

Sec. 31. The commission shall grant permission to auctioneer schools approved by the commission under 812 IAC 2 to allow their students, through the duration of the school, to practice and participate in the capacity of an auctioneer, under the supervision of their instructor.
