Sec. 9. The following must be emphasized when teaching about bankruptcy: (1) Chapter 7 bankruptcy as it pertains to auctions. (2) Chapter 11 bankruptcy as it pertains to auctions. (3) Chapter 13 bankruptcy as it pertains to auctions. (4) Procedures for conducting auctions involving Chapter 7, Chapter 11, or Chapter 13 bankruptcy.
