820 IAC 3-1-13 Electrology; separate room

Sec. 13. (a) Where electrology is provided, the beauty culture salon shall maintain a separate room for the practice used exclusively for electrology services. (b) The room required under subsection (a) must be surrounded by walls at least seven (7) feet in height from the floor and accessed only by closing solid, opaque doors. (c) This section does not apply to mobile salons or beauty culture schools.
