820 IAC 3-1-17 No pets; beauty culture schools, beauty culture salons, and mobile salons

Sec. 17. (a) Beauty culture schools, beauty culture salons, and self-contained mobile salons are prohibited from allowing pets on the premises. (b) In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.), animals classified as service animals under 28 CFR 36.104 are not prohibited from being on the premises. (c) A person holding a beauty culture school, beauty culture salon, or mobile salon license shall display a sign at the entrance of the salon, self-contained mobile salon, or school that states "no pets allowed".
