820 IAC 3-1-7 Shampoo bowls and sinks

Sec. 7. (a) A shampoo bowl or sink must be used.
(b) A shampoo bowl may not be located in a restroom.
(c) The following must be cleaned thoroughly and sanitized with an Environmental Protection Agency registered bactericide, viricide, fungicide, and tuberculocidal disinfectant before each use:
(1) Shampoo bowls.
(2) Shampoo sinks.
