820 IAC 4-1-8 Transcripts to students

Sec. 8. (a) If the financial obligations have been met according to the beauty culture school's contract, certified transcripts of all hours and grades must be available to any current or former student, upon request, within thirty (30) days.
(b) Beauty culture schools may charge a fee not to exceed ten dollars ($10) for providing a certified transcript.
