820 IAC 4-3-3 Beauty culture practice prohibited

Sec. 3. During school hours, instructors in beauty culture schools may not engage in the private or public practice of beauty culture. This does not prohibit instructors from engaging in beauty culture for the purpose of practical demonstrations for students.
