820 IAC 5-1-23 Equipment construction

Sec. 23. Sunlamp products shall meet the following codes:
(1) All sunlamp product electrical circuits shall be listed by the Underwriter Laboratories (UL) or the Electrical Testing Laboratories
(ETL).
(2) Defective or burned out lamps or filters shall be replaced with a type intended for use in that device as specified on the product
label or certified by the manufacturer to be equivalent to those specified on the product label.
