828 IAC 1-2-1 Qualifications of applicants; accredited and approved dental hygiene schools

Sec. 1. All applicants for licensure to practice dental hygiene must:
(1) have graduated from a school of dental hygiene that is accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American
Dental Association; and
(2) submit certification of having completed within the prior year an American Red Cross or American Heart Association
cardiopulmonary resuscitation course or another course approved by the board.
