828 IAC 1-4-4 Board members; duties

Sec. 4. (a) Board members who are not trained and licensed as dentists may not assume duties which require the expertise of a dentist. (b) The president of the board or his representative shall assign duties to members of the board. If a board member objects to one of these assignments, a majority vote of the board members present shall be taken to resolve the issue.
