Sec. 4.5. As used in P.L.147-1997, SECTION 80, "enrolled" means the point at which a student has begun to take classes to complete either
a master's or doctoral degree program in social work from an institution of higher education accredited or approved for candidacy by the Council
on Social Work Education.
