Sec. 8. A behavior analyst may not, on behalf of:
(1) themselves;
(2) a partner;
(3) an associate;
(4) a shareholder in a professional corporation; or
(5) any other practitioner or specific provider affiliated with the practitioner;
use, or participate in the use of, any form of public communication containing a false, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or unfair statement
or claim.
