844 IAC 5-5-9 "Immediate presence" defined

Sec. 9. As used in this rule, "immediate presence" means, at a minimum, that the directing practitioner must be: (1) physically located within the office-based setting; (2) prepared to immediately conduct hands-on intervention if needed; and (3) not engaged in activities that could prevent the practitioner from being able to immediately intervene and conduct hands-on interventions if needed.
