848 IAC 1-2-4 Eligible programs

Sec. 4. Eligible programs for purposes of accreditation shall be as follows:
(1) Registered nurse programs that prepare students for registered nurse licensure. The program shall award an associate's degree in
nursing or a baccalaureate degree with a major in nursing or a diploma in nursing.
(2) Practical nursing programs that prepare students for practical nurse licensure. The program shall award a diploma or certificate
in practical nursing.
