852 IAC 1-16-2 Responsibilities of licensees

Sec. 2. An optometrist must do the following: (1) Certify completion of continuing education required by this rule at the time of optometry license and optometric legend drug certificate renewal. (2) Retain verification of completion of continuing education required by this rule for three (3) years after the last renewal date. (3) Present verification of completion of continuing education required by this rule at the request of the board.
