856 IAC 1-41-3 Licensure requirement

Sec. 3. In order to provide or deliver cognitive services, an individual must have an active license in good standing in a state that has at least the same minimum standards for licensure as the state of Indiana including, but not limited to, passage of the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX).
