856 IAC 1-42-3 Requirements for licensure

Sec. 3. Individuals who wish to engage in the remote practice of pharmacy in or into the state of Indiana as provided in this rule must satisfy
the following licensure requirements:
(1) Have an active Indiana pharmacist license.
(2) Provide evidence, upon board request, of continuing education and any other relevant training for services provided.
(3) Have a license in good standing with no current or pending discipline (that is, ongoing probation) in this state or any other state
in which the individual is licensed, unless otherwise approved by the board following a personal appearance.
