865 IAC 1-10-12 Disclosure of conflict of interest

Sec. 12. The land surveyor shall: (1) avoid all known conflicts of interest with an employer or client; or (2) promptly inform the employer or client of any business association, interest, or circumstances that could influence judgment or quality of services.
