868 IAC 1.1-15-9 Renewal

Sec. 9. (a) The board will deny renewal of the license of a psychologist who has received a health service provider endorsement under IC 25-33-1-5.1(c) and who fails to comply with this rule. (b) If a psychologist has not complied with the continuing education requirements for the license period, the psychologist shall acquire the required number of credit hours prior to renewal of the psychologist's license. (c) Credit hours acquired by a psychologist under this section shall not apply to the credit hour requirement for the current license period in which the credit hours are acquired.
