105 IAC 7-2-1 Purpose of rule

Sec. 1. The Indiana department of highways shall control access and regulate work performed on approaches to driveways on highway
right-of-way. This control and regulation shall provide for the preservation of the highway, and the safety and convenience of traffic on highway.
The measure of public benefit shall be the guide in determining the priorities and procedures in correcting any unauthorized approaches to driveways.
