Sec. 2.7. (a) This section establishes criteria applicable to all licenses issued by the real estate appraiser licensure and certification board (board). (b) The board adopts and incorporates by reference the criteria applicable to all appraiser classifications established by the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria, January 2026 edition.
