876 IAC 3-3-3.1 Educational requirements for Indiana licensed trainee appraiser

Sec. 3.1. (a) This section establishes the educational requirements for the Indiana trainee appraiser license. (b) The minimum prerequisite to sit for the Indiana trainee appraiser examination is completion of the education criteria stated in subsection (c), and completion of the supervisor/trainee appraiser course as outlined in 876 IAC 3-6-9. (c) The minimum classroom hours is the required core curriculum for trainee appraisers, established by the Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria, January 2026 edition.
