876 IAC 3-5-1.5 Mandatory continuing education courses; Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice

Sec. 1.5. (a) The continuing education required on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) must be: (1) obtained not later than six (6) months after the effective date of a new edition of the USPAP; and (2) an updated version to cover the new edition. (b) If the updated course required by subsection (a) is available before the effective date of a new edition of the USPAP, a real estate appraiser who takes that course before the effective date complies with subsection (a).
