876 IAC 6-2-6 Annual report

Sec. 6. (a) The annual report shall include the following: (1) A written list of the current textbooks and other resource and study materials utilized in the course. (2) A list of all approved course locations. (3) A list of all instructors teaching the course. (b) As part of its annual report to the commission, a school may be required to provide specific information, answer questions, or appear before the commission or its designee for the purpose of determining compliance with IC 25-34.1-5 and this article.
