876 IAC 6-6-1 Requirements for admission to examination

Sec. 1. (a) Prior to sitting for the broker examination, an applicant for a broker license must have completed the educational requirements established by IC 25-34.1-3-4.1(a)(3) and 876 IAC 6-1 through 876 IAC 6-5. (b) An applicant who does not pass the applicable examination within one (1) year of completion of the broker course must again comply with the educational requirements established by IC 25-34.1-3-4.1(a)(3) and 876 IAC 6-1 through 876 IAC 6-5 before being entitled to any further taking of the examination.
