876 IAC 6-7-7 Miscellaneous provisions

Sec. 7. (a) An applicant under this rule must have completed either the: (1) twenty-four (24) hour educational course; or (2) broker transitional course under 876 IAC 2-15.1 (before its repeal); no later than one (1) year before the date of application. (b) At the applicant's option, the applicant may take the ninety (90) hour broker course under this article instead of the twenty-four (24) hour educational course under this rule. The one (1) year limitation in subsection (a) shall also apply under this subsection.
