876 IAC 7-2-1 Scope of rule

Sec. 1. (a) This rule establishes requirements for the approval of sponsors of courses for postlicensing education, managing broker education, and continuing education for brokers, managing brokers, and instructors. (b) All education described in subsection (a) is generically continuing education and therefore subject to the requirements applicable to continuing education found in IC 25-1-4, IC 25-34.1, this title, and any other applicable statute or rule except to the extent that the context requires otherwise.
