880 IAC 1-3.1-3 Responsibilities

Sec. 3. A licensee must do the following: (1) Confirm the continuing education required by section 2 of this rule at the time of license renewal on a form provided by the licensing agency. (2) Retain a record of completion of the continuing education required by section 2 of this rule for four (4) years. (3) Present verification of completion of continuing education required by section 2 of this rule upon request by the board.
