905 IAC 1-16.1-1 Dancing permitted

Sec. 1. It is permissible for permittees to allow dancing upon their permit premise without the necessity of first obtaining a permit or other authorization from the alcohol and tobacco commission (commission). All floor plans must be approved by the commission.
