905 IAC 1-31-3 Invoices
Cite as Ind. Admin. Code tit. 905, r. 1-31-3
Sec. 3. All invoices must reflect:
(1) Name, address, and permit number of the seller.
(2) Name, address, and permit number of the purchaser.
(3) Date invoiced.
(4) Total price of the alcoholic beverages delivered, either by the bottle, can, keg, package, container, originally fully packed case,
mixed case, or any combination thereof.
(5) Discounts or allowances of any kind with reference to previously disseminated written offer.
