910 IAC 1-11-2 Reopening hearings

Sec. 2. Motion To Reopen Hearing. (A) Reopening Hearings. At any time after a hearing has been closed, but prior to a final determination, the Commission may on its own motion, or upon motion by any party, reopen the proceeding to receive further evidence or argument.
