910 IAC 1-1.5-2 "Administrative law judge" defined

Sec. 2. "Administrative law judge" means a commissioner or an agent of the commission designated or delegated by the chair or vice chair to: (1) conduct public hearings; and (2) rule on prehearing motions and petitions.
