925 IAC 2-2-1 Time and location of public hearings and meetings
Cite as Ind. Admin. Code tit. 925, r. 2-2-1
Sec. 1. Regular meetings, designated as public hearings of the commission, shall be held at 4 p.m. on the third Tuesday of each month.
If such regular meeting day falls on a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following Tuesday. The commission shall determine the location
of the following regular meeting at the immediately preceding regular meeting.
