935 IAC 1-3-3 Hours of operation – enforcement

Sec. 3. A person in the park in violation of this rule shall be deemed a trespasser and may be asked to leave by a park employee, an agent of the park, or a proper enforcement authority. Refusal or failure to leave may result in criminal prosecution.
