935 IAC 1-5-3 Enforcement

Sec. 3. A person engaging in an activity prohibited by this rule who does not stop doing so upon request by a park employee, an agent of the park, or a proper enforcement authority shall be deemed a trespasser. Refusal or failure to cease the activity may result in criminal prosecution.
