312 IAC 13-11-1 Inspections; compliance

Sec. 1. A conservation officer or another representative of the department may: (1) observe the installation of a water well or pump; and (2) inspect equipment used to drill a well or install a pump. Work that does not comply with this article or IC 25-39 must be promptly corrected by the water well driller or water well pump installer. Work that is covered contrary to the request of a department representative must, upon request, be uncovered for inspection and replaced by the water well driller or pump installer.
