312 IAC 13-1-19.3 "Personal use" defined

Sec. 19.3. "Personal use" means the use of a water well or water well pumping equipment for water supply purposes if either: (1) located on property owned or in possession of a person as defined in IC 14-8-2-202; or (2) with respect to a public water supply utility, possessed by a permanent employee of the public water supply utility.
