312 IAC 14-1-2 Administration

Sec. 2. (a) This article is administered by the division of forestry. (b) Where this article specifically grants to the division of forestry authority to take action, the division director may delegate the authority to any employee of the division of forestry. (c) Administrative review of a determination by the division of forestry or of a complaint filed under IC 25-36.5-1-3.2 is governed by IC 4-21.5 and 312 IAC 3-1. (d) The commission is the ultimate authority for an action under this article.
