312 IAC 14-6-5 Hearings

Sec. 5. (a) Notice of a hearing shall conform to the requirements of IC 4-21.5-3-20.
(b) In selecting the site for a hearing, the administrative law judge shall consider the convenience of the parties. Unless otherwise agreed
to by the parties, a hearing site shall be located in the region where either:
(1) the majority of the parties reside or are domiciled; or
(2) the subject property is located.
(c) A hearing shall be conducted in conformance with IC 4-21.5-3-25 and IC 4-21.5-3-26.
