Sec. 79. (a) The fees to replace a largemouth bass or a spotted bass are as follows: (1) Fifty-two cents ($0.52) for a bass that is not more than one (1) inch in length. (2) Seventy-two cents ($0.72) for a bass that is greater than one (1) inch and not more than two (2) inches in length. (3) One dollar and twenty-four cents ($1.24) for a bass that is greater than two (2) inches and not more than three (3) inches in length. (4) One dollar and forty-four cents ($1.44) for a bass that is greater than three (3) inches and not more than is four (4) inches in length. (5) One dollar and sixty-one cents ($1.61) for a bass that is greater than four (4) inches and not more than five (5) inches in length. (6) Two dollars and seventy-six cents ($2.76) for a bass that is greater than five (5) inches and not more than six (6) inches in length. (7) Three dollars and thirty-eight cents ($3.38) for a bass that is greater than six (6) inches and not more than seven (7) inches in length. (8) Four dollars and nine cents ($4.09) for a bass that is greater than seven (7) inches and not more than eight (8) inches in length. (3) One dollar and eighty-five cents ($1.85) for a bass that is greater than two (2) inches and not more than three (3) inches in length. (4) Two dollars and ten cents ($2.10) for a bass that is greater than three (3) inches and not more than four (4) inches in length. (5) Two dollars and fifty-one cents ($2.51) for a bass that is greater than four (4) inches and not more than five (5) inches in length. (6) Four dollars and four cents ($4.04) for a bass that is greater than five (5) inches and not more than six (6) inches in length. (7) Four dollars and seventy-four cents ($4.74) for a bass that is greater than six (6) inches and not more than seven (7) inches in length. (8) Five dollars and forty-three cents ($5.43) for a bass that is greater than seven (7) inches and not more than eight (8) inches in length. (9) Five dollars and eighty-four cents ($5.84) for a bass that is greater than eight (8) inches and not more than nine (9) inches in length. (c) The fees to replace a fish from the genus Lepomis, a rockbass, or a flier are as follows: (1) Fourteen cents ($0.14) for a fish that is not more than one (1) inch in length. (2) Fifty-five cents ($0.55) for a fish that is greater than one (1) inch and not more than two (2) inches in length. (3) Sixty-nine cents ($0.69) for a fish that is greater than two (2) inches and not more than three (3) inches in length. (4) Ninety-seven cents ($0.97) for a fish that is greater than three (3) inches and not more than four (4) inches in length. (5) One dollar and twenty-two cents ($1.22) for a fish that is greater than four (4) inches and not more than five (5) inches in length. (6) One dollar and seventy-one cents ($1.71) for a fish that is greater than five (5) inches and not more than six (6) inches in length. (7) Two dollars and forty-one cents ($2.41) for a fish that is greater than six (6) inches and not more than seven (7) inches in length. (8) Three dollars and eighty-one cents ($3.81) for a fish that is greater than seven (7) inches and not more than eight (8) inches in length. (9) Four dollars and two cents ($4.02) for a fish that is greater than eight (8) inches and not more than nine (9) inches in length. (d) The fees to replace a quillback, highfin carpsucker, or a river carpsucker are as follows: (1) Eleven cents ($0.11) for a fish not greater than three (3) inches in length. (2) Thirteen cents ($0.13) for a fish that is greater than three (3) inches and not more than six (6) inches in length. (3) Twenty-three cents ($0.23) for a fish that is greater than six (6) inches and not more than eight (8) inches in length. (4) Thirty-one cents ($0.31) for a fish that is greater than eight (8) inches and not more than ten (10) inches in length. (5) Forty-two cents ($0.42) for a fish that is greater than ten (10) inches and not more than eleven (11) inches in length. (6) Fifty cents ($0.50) for a fish that is greater than eleven (11) inches in length. (e) The fees to replace a walleye or a sauger are as follows: (1) Sixteen cents ($0.16) for a fish that is not greater than one (1) inch in length. (2) Twenty-three cents ($0.23) for a fish that is greater than one (1) inch and not more than two (2) inches in length. (3) Fifty-five cents ($0.55) for a fish that is greater than two (2) inches and not more than three (3) inches in length. (4) One dollar and sixteen cents ($1.16) for a fish that is greater than three (3) inches and not more than four (4) inches in length. (5) One dollar and thirty-six cents ($1.36) for a fish that is greater than four (4) inches and not more than five (5) inches in length. (6) One dollar and eighty-five cents ($1.85) for a fish that is greater than five (5) inches and not more than six (6) inches in length. (3) Eighty-three cents ($0.83) for a fish that is greater than two (2) inches and not more than three (3) inches in length. (4) One dollar and eleven cents ($1.11) for a fish that is greater than three (3) inches and not more than four (4) inches in length. (5) One dollar and thirty-nine cents ($1.39) for a fish that is greater than four (4) inches and not more than five (5) inches in length. (4) Sixty-six cents ($0.66) for a fish that is greater than three (3) inches and not more than four (4) inches in length. (5) Seventy-five cents ($0.75) for a fish that is greater than four (4) inches and not more than five (5) inches in length. (6) Ninety-one cents ($0.91) for a fish that is greater than five (5) inches and not more than six (6) inches in length.
