Sec. 2. "Administrative law judge" refers to a person appointed by the commission under IC 14-10-2-2 [IC 14-10-2-2 repealed by P.L. 92-2025 SECTION 14, effective July 1, 2025.] to function as an administrative law judge under IC 4-21.5.
