312 IAC 25-1-163 "Willful violation" defined

Sec. 163. "Willful violation" means an act or omission that:
(1) violates IC 14-34, this article, another state law, a federal statute, a federal regulation, or an individual permit condition;
and
(2) is committed by a person who intends the result that actually occurs.
