312 IAC 25-1-74 "Intermittent stream" defined

Sec. 74. "Intermittent stream" means a stream or reach of a stream that: (1) drains a watershed of at least one (1) square mile; or (2) is below the local water table for at least some part of the year and obtains its flow from both surface run-off and ground water discharge.
