312 IAC 25-4-139 Small operator assistance; application approval and notice

Sec. 139. (a) If the program administrator finds the applicant eligible, the program administrator shall inform the applicant in writing that the application is approved. (b) If the program administrator finds the applicant ineligible, the program administrator shall inform the applicant, in writing, that the application is denied and shall state the reasons for denial.
