312 IAC 25-4-94 Underground mining permit applications; reclamation plan; transportation facilities

Sec. 94. Each application shall contain a detailed description of each road, conveyor, and rail system to be constructed, used, or maintained
within the proposed permit area. The description shall include a map, appropriate cross sections, and the following:
(1) Specifications for each road width, road gradient, road surface, road cut, fill embankment, culvert, bridge, drainage ditch, and
drainage structure.
(2) A description of measures to be taken to comply with 312 IAC 25-6-129.
(3) Each plan shall contain a general description of each road, conveyor, or rail system to be constructed, used, or maintained within
the proposed permit area.
