312 IAC 26-1-3 "Community park" or "recreation area" defined

[NOTE: IC 14-12-3 is repealed by P.L. 123-2026, SECTION 21, effective July 1, 2026.] Sec. 3. "Community park" or "recreation area" means a park or recreation site that primarily provides public recreation for a municipality, township, or county but may also serve a larger area.
